26 May FLYBE is recruiting cabin crew
If you are interested in becoming a member of Cabin Crew with Flybe, you now have the opportunity. Due to recent expansion they are looking to employ new staff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum age
The minimum age for Cabin Crew is 18 years.
Height/Weight
Minimum of 5 ft 2 in (157cm), maximum 6 ft 2 in (188 cm) with weight in proportion to height to enable you to fit into a standard cabin crew safety harness.
Appearance
You will be provided with the Company uniform and therefore you should be well presented with excellent standards of grooming and no visible tattoos.
Passport
Applicants will either need to be in possession of a full, valid EU passport with no restrictions or for non-EU passport holders, a valid work permit/visa that allows entry to all Flybe destinations.
Health
A good level of health is essential to cope with the demands of flying.
With effect from 8th April 2014, EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) requires that any new entrant Cabin Crew who does not already hold a valid EU medical report, will be required to pass a Part-MED initial aeromedical assessment and provide the valid report before they can join Flybe and operate as Cabin Crew.
Swimming
Candidates must be confident in water and be able to swim at least 25 metres unaided.
Education
You must have a minimum of 3 GCSE’s grade C (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics.
Work experience
Have a minimum of 6 months face-to-face customer service experience, ideally in the sales and service industry.
Residential requirements
Successful applicants must live within 60 minutes travelling time to their base (home) airport.
Driving licence
You must have a full, valid Driving Licence as you may be required on occasion to drive a hire car between airport bases.
