Thank you for considering How to be cabin crew as a course provider and partner. We invite interested parties to review our terms and conditions prior to contacting us so that we can embark on our partnership with confidence.
You can request a full refund up to 5 working days after confirmation that your purchase has been completed, provided the course will not start in the following 15 days. Any request for withdrawal after 5 days following purchase will receive a credit note which can be used towards paying for a future How to be Cabin Crew course. In such cases, 20% of the course fee will be charged as an administration fee.
How to be Cabin Crew will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you requested it.
If you were unable to attend our Cabin Crew course and did not let us know with 15 days before the course starts we will not be able to give you a refund.
How to be cabin crew will not provide a refund based on the purchaser’s performance in the actual assessment stage or if they decide not to attend part or all of the course.
If you are seen to be disrupting the course, or do not follow instructions by the How to be cabin crew trainers; you may be asked to leave and are will not be eligible for a refund.
In the rare event of a course being cancelled, How to be cabin crew will not be able to provide refunds for travel or accommodation expenses. We will however arrange to transfer all attendees to the next available course.
How to be cabin crew products will inform and guide the purchaser in respect of their actual assessment stage, but they do not guarantee an interview or a successful outcome.
Ebooks and Online courses
Once paid, the How to be Cabin Crew ebooks or online courses are non-refundable.
Amending this Policy
We reserve the right to amend this policy at anytime without prior notice to you or your company unless such notification is required under European legislation. The most up-to-date copy of this policy will always be available at our website.
